small oblong flesh colored non raised growth on m penis shaft

I know this has been asked on hers but no where I look, I can find exactly what I am going through... 2 months ago I noticed that a day after shaving my pubic area, It itched... I looked and found a small open like sore that looked like a doughnut the size of a pen head... I ignored it figuring I cut myself shaving, which I have done b4... I never felt any pain after that for a wk or so until one day after masturbating, it hurt and I looked and again it looked the same, a small pinpoint doughnut, open in the middle... well a month went by and I decided to check on it again and it now looked like a a small, oblong shaped, flesh colored growth that wasnt raised, that u can barely see unless u look very hard... I freaked out and began searching the internet, it looks like none of the pictures of warts, flat like impetigo, but not exactly like that either... I put Apples cider vinegar on it for a few hours, it turned white and I could now see it very well, I left the ACV on it for a day but nothing really happened, other than it being white... well we have some industrial strength antibacterial/viral wipes at work, the package said it kills AIDS, HERPES, etc... so I gave it a shot, cut off the cornor of the wife and taped it on... it turned black within 10 mins, i left it on for 4 hours, let it breath for 4 hours, put the ACV on it overnight and repeated that the next day... it ate it away and left shallow creator  the oblong shape of the growth and for the last day I have been applying neosporin constantly and it has been healing and looks white again... its not completely healed.

my question is, since it turned black and none of the surrounding tissue was effected, does this mean the only thing it could have been was a wart? or could it have been something else, like impetigo or ringworm?... or a wart that I opened up masturbating and spread to the surrounding tissue? or I cut myself shaving and got some weird bacterial infection, would bleach make that turn black?... I have never had a wart anywhere b4, have been w less than 10 people at age 30, but Im pretty sure a few of them had HPV, since the told me about fertility problems w growths on their ovaries

IM guessing the only way 2 know for sure if its a wart or not is, that once it completely heals it comes back?

Hello,
From the symptoms it can be a wart, a small cyst or a seborrheic keratosis which is a benign tumor of the skin. Exact confirmation can only be done after a biopsy skin. So if the growth reappears then get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. oh and the growth was bigger than a pin head when i rechecked it the month later, mayb the size of a pencil eraser, but not a round shape
