It looks like your skin is really irritated. If it is acne it looks like what you're using is too harsh on it. Maybe try not using a scrub and just gentle soap and a milder benzoyl peroxide solution. You could ask your doctor about Accutane too, or get a prescription for a retinoid. (That is if it is acne, which it looks like to me, but it is odd that it's only on that part of your face, so you should probably see a doctor.)
The problem wih perioral dermatitisis that it sometimes recurs when the antibiotics prescribed are discontinued or at a later date. However, the same treatment can be used again and it is not because you are resistant to the antibiotic. I am not familiar with the technical aspects of posting pictures but i strongly recommend that you have it evaluated with your doctor. A complete history and physical examination is needed which can not be done here.
Take care and regards.

Hi,
There seems to be a problem with the uploaded pictures. Perioral dermatitis is a common facial skin problem in adult women but may also occur in men and children. Groups of itchy or tender small red papules appear most often around the mouth and often the skin around the nose and the eyes.Treatment should depend on the severity and extension of the disease. Usually, anti-inflammatory systemic or topical therapy is required. It is important to discontinue all face creams including topical steroids, cosmetics and sunscreens and wash the face with warm water alone while the rash is present. It is best that you see your doctor for proper evaluation of the severity and extent of the rash. Your doctor or dermatologist may also prescribe a course of oral antibiotics for six to twelve weeks.
