I have been told by my dermatologist that I mostly have IGH but that I can wait for 3 months to make sure its not vitiligo. However, a couple of spots that have sprung up on my nose have been bothering me. They look as if they were formed after a pin sized instrument scalloped the skin. The hypopigmented spots are concave in nature and are very tine. When I stretch the skin, they do not change color and remain off-white. Can this be vitiligo or is this IGH? Please take a look at recent pictures in my profile. Maatson, please answer, if you can.
