Identify my problem

Hi, i'm new. I apologise if this post isn't succinct and easy to reply to.

Question:

Red lines (raw skin), extending from corner of eye towards ears (2cm length, 0.4cm height), origin
situated between eyelids. I have been like this for 3 years. If you need more information i won't
hesitate to oblige.

Please help, thanks.

Can you not estimate the cause to any degree of certitude?

At the site; no puss, itching, discharge, peeling or flaking. Redness yes. Elsewhere, typically shoulders, chest, knees and hands i experience a general redness and when exposed to hot water or acids (soap) the skin degenerates very easily leaving blotches of uneven skin (no bleeding). I generally have light eczema in the described locations and some mild acne on my back and around my triceps. My skin is fair, little melanin, my hair is dark brown. The site at my eyes is different though, its almost like a scar, it never heals, i have blue circles around my eyes which never go away, i sleep ok. If you need more information please let me know, thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It is very difficult to confirm the diagnosis without examination but is this raw skin accompanied by any itching, discharge, peeling, flaking, redness or any pus oozing from the site?

Also are you having any such patches or symptoms on other parts of skin as well. Are you having any red patches, blisters, sores or scaly patches on the skin.

Please revert back with these answers so that it can help me in better understanding your condition.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
