I'm male, don't shave have ingrown hairs on legs, arms, and pubic area

I've had this problem since I don't know when, But I can spend hours inching over my legs and find dozens of little black curled up hairs under the skin.  I have to extract the hair, and it seems like its every new hair growing in becomes ingrown EVERYWHERE! Thank god the only place it doesn't happen is on my face.  Also if this helps any I cannot grow a complete mustache / beard It only grows in to stuble....

I'm a white male, 30 years old.... if there is someone who can help me please do so!  I have scoured the internet looking for solutions but just don't find any.

Thanks ahead of time for any help!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
If you notice any ingrown hair, you can attempt to gently squeeze and pluck them out and they will then heal spontaneoulsly. Also wear loose-fitting underwear and clothing. Also apply calamine lotion after a gentle exfoliation and then apply some Neosporin ointment.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
