Ingrown hairs?

Dear Dr.
I recently started to develop "curled" hairs in my chest and stomach(see photo).
They look weaker, bented and shorter than the other hairs like they trying to go back to their follicles.
I think that the root cause of this is Minoxidil. I was using Minoxidil a few months ago and it made all my body hairer. after I stopped the drug almost all my body's hair returned to normal in just about a few months, even less hairer pre-minoxidil(i like it ;) )
My stomach and chest had a minor hair regression after Minoxidil usage, so I think that maybe now I see all the "Minoxidil" hairs "going back inside the body".
*I stopped Minoxidil in about almost 8 months ago.
