Insect bites and allergies

i am getting bitten by unseen "bugs?" or something. they are random spots mostly with single bites that resemble a flea bite or mosquito. mostly on front and outsides of thighs and arms and back and recently on the top af my feet. none on face or neck yet. i have had one area on left front thigh that had 5 or 6 seperate bites in an area of an apple maybe, and a few spots of two bites close together. the most have been singles. the only itch for a short time, usually during the "bite" and a little afterwards. ones on top of feet itch more for some reason. the bite marks are gone in about an hour. they look just like a flea bite to me. but no evidence of fleas and the bites are gone to fast i think. i am the only one in the house getting bit.

Since when are you having the symptoms? It would be very difficult to say anything without having a look at the lesions.

What is your age? Are you on any medications currently? This could be due to an allergic reaction to some unknown substance or secondary to insect bite etc or due to heat rash. But nothing can be said with surety without a clinical examination.

You should wash the area and keep it clean, apply calamine lotion at the site and take some oral antihistamine or antiallergic medications like loratadine or cetrizine for your symptoms.

It would be best to consult a skin specialist if the rash does not resolve in a few days. You should get the relevant investigations as advised by your doctor including blood work.
