Hi,
You could be experiencing an allergic re-action to the condoms since you have mentioned that you wear them all the time.
Do you notice a clear association between when you wear them and the redness/burning?
Contact dermatitis is the name for any skin inflammation that occurs when the skin's surface comes in contact with a substance originating outside the body.Irritant contact dermatitis (ICD) can affect any part of the body that comes in contact with an irritating substance. Latex items such as gloves and condoms are known triggers.
The symptoms can take many forms: redness, itching, crusting, swelling, blistering, oozing, dryness, scaliness, thickening of the skin, and a feeling of warmth at the site of contact. You are having these symptoms.
Avoid using condoms till the allergy settles down.Take OTC anti-histamines for a week for the redness and the itching. If it still persists you can apply corticosteroid ointment but this is aasociated with skin thinning on a long-term basis.
