Do I have warts?

I noticed a small, raised skin colored lesion at the base of my penis after I shaving down there.  I didn't think anything of it, except now it been there for a couple of months.  I am very concerned that I have HPV due to the fact I have had several unprotected heterosexual encounters with multiple partners. I tried the acetic acid on the growth and the whole penis and scrotum, but nothing turned white. Also, there a couple of red bumps that have also appeared recently but are not of the same texture as the growth described earlier.  Is it just a growth or is warts? I bought some viranol online to treat it to see if that would make it go away.  I just started using it today.

I have had genital warts for about 6 months.  Never like the pictures you see on the internet but they come in ones and twos.  I also have caught mollucusum from a female and I have an appointment with the derm in two weeks.  I have tried condylox on the mollucusum as well but it is irritating.  I have also tried pulling out the inside but they bleed like crazy.  I am now married and would like to get these things behind me and move on with my life.  Any help on the mollucusum will be helpful. thanks

It could be a wart, but it also could be a lot of other, non-warty things.  Vinegar is unreliable as a test.  I suggest you leave it alone and show a doctor the bump so you'll know what it is and be able to ignore it.

Take care.
