Is it a genital wart?

I have one pinprick sized lesion that is somewhere in between being flesh colored or white (its kinda hard for me to tell cause its so small).  It is on the shaft of my penis and doesn't appear to be near a hair follicle.  Is this a genital wart?  Could it be something else?  Its so small I'm suprised I noticed it.  I haven't had sex in like a year and a half and this is the first time I've noticed anything like this.  I was recently stressed and have read that, that can cause an outbreak.  I'm freaking out cause everything I've read has pretty much said that it would either be a cyst, genital wart or penile papule.  It seems to small to be a cyst and is not near the head of my penis to be a papule so I'm freaking out.  It is not painful at all.  Please help.

It sounds like a cyst, not a wart.  You'll need to see a doctor in person to know.  Menatime, please leave it alone so the doctor will be able to tell.

I'm seeing a doctor on Thursday but I'm freaking out.  What does a cyst look like.  When I looked at it through a magnifying glass I think i might have seen another even smaller bump near by.  Can you have a cyst not near a hair follicle and can they be this small.  Can warts be this small?
