Is there a ending to this problem

i am getting over the rash i have had for 2 months now.i still have red ugly marks all over my calfs and in the back of my calfs to.sometimes i get this little rash that looks like small goosebumps.they come and go.when that happens the bumps look bigger all over my body.and my face complexion looks bumppy to.i have not asked my dr about this it bothers me a lot.i would like to know what causes this.is it stress related.maybe i am alergic (allergic) to something.when do you think i cac apply something on my legs .i want the scaring to go away.i am so sick of this problem i say please go away.i never asked to have it.any suggestions

Take an antihistamine like zyrtec 1 at bedtime.Do not drive car after medication.Calamine application helps.
