Could this be skin cancer?

I have a strange growth and worried.  Can you comment based on the pictures?

Thank you for the reply.  It was right on...that was the same exact diagnosis given by the dermatologist I went to today.  

They did say it was benign and very common so there was no biopsy needed.  The odd thing was from the time I made this post to when I got in to see the dermatologist, it almost completely disappeared.  Guess it's just a temporary thing?

Hello,
From the picture it looks like a seborrheic keratosis or common wart. Seborrehic keratosis is a benign skin tumor and presents as yellow, brown, black elevated rough growths.
Warts are tumours or growths of the skin caused by infection with Human Papillomavirus (HPV).They are contagious when in contact with the skin of an infected person. I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist and get a biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis. Treatment is diagnosis specific.
