Itchy. Help please!

I've had protected sex and unprotected oral sex with a girl (stranger) 9 months ago.
Last week my penis head and foreskin start to itch. I couldnt see any sore or spots.
Today i realised my penis head seems very red and some red spots appeared on the head and when i press them, it hurts a little. When i've an erection they will itch more. The red spots sticks together and they are very very tiny.
Im afraid i might get hiv or any sex diseases. I dare not approach the doctor as im afraid i might get a record. Please advise me what is happening to me and what should i do. Thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it can be a fungal infection but other STD’s also need to be ruled out. Oral course of antibiotics is needed. In addition, pls don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. Apart from that get the blood tests for STD’s done.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
