At first, I had a cold and I was taking double doses of equate nyquil severe. 2 days in, I got an itch on top of my left foot at the base of the toes. I scratched it and bumps started to appear at the base of each toe. I could feel a light tickle/tingling feeling on my right foot but thought nothing of it and didn't touch it. Later that night in bed, my thigh got itchy, I scratched it but the itch didn't go away. I look at my legs and there's raised bumps all over my inner thighs. The next day I notice an itchy bump on my right foot where it was tingling. On certain parts of me, like my hands, I notice tiny small bumps appearing and they get larger and itchy as time goes by. I went to the pharmacist bc I thought I had an allergic reaction from the medicine. She advised it looked like a viral infection kids usually get and just to take some claritin. Now I have itchy bumps primarily on my feet and thighs, some on my hands and arms, hardly any on my torso area and none on my neck or face. It's been 3 days. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary (no different food, soap, detergent, etc.). Sometimes it looks like it's subsiding but new little bumps pop-up in new places. The bumps are really itchy, can be triggered by just clothes touching it. Some are skin colored and some are red. They feel hard and look similar to a bug bite. Most are raised little looking mounds and a couple are long raised lines. They are even on the soles of my feet and palms of my hands. I've been putting anti-itch cream and getting temporary relief.
