Itchy red rashes appear whenever child sleep

I am father of 2.5 yr old boy. From last two days, itchyrerashes appear all over body, specially at legs when the child fell sleep. As i apply Lacto Callamin and give allegra medicine, the rashes disappear. These rashes are disturbing child alot. Kindly suggest some solutions

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis,insect or bug bites or scabies.
Give him some antihistaminics like Benadryl and apply calamine lotion on the rashes.Also keep the mattress in sun for 1-2 days.If the symptoms persist then pls get allergies and scabies ruled out.
