Large Brown/Red spot on calf

Hello, I wanted to see if anyone has seen/had this before. I have a reddish brown spot on the back of my calf. I do not recall ever scraping my leg or getting a bruise. There is no pain associated with the area. I have had it for more than half a year and it does not seem to be going away. Within the last month i have noticed a new spot starting right under the old one. I am already going to see a dermatologist but I wanted to see if anyone has see it before.

Attached is a picture.

Thanks for the help.

OK, So the doctor called it "capillaritis" which from everything that I have looked at so far is the same thing as Schamberg's. Can anyone confirm this?

Well my appointment is next week. When I find out what they say it is ill post on here... guess I should get them to do a biopsy just to be safe.

Location though not typical, could well be schamberg's from morphology. Good work.
