Hi,

For acne and comedones, it is important not to pick them .As much as possible avoid unnecessarily touching your face.Practice hand washing a all times also.

Have you ever consulted with  a dermatologist? Persons with oily skin are more prone to blackheads or acne. When washing your face avoid using soaps which dries up the skin. Use mild hypoallergenic facial wash that does not leave the skin dry.Picking on the blackheads may infect them and when the swelling and infection subside they may leave scars.

Consult with your dermatologist since you may need topical medications.Eat well, get a lot of sleep and take in lots of fluid. If you have long hair that gets into your face most of the time, it is best to pull them back since they irritate the skin of the face.A face powder that is hypoallergenic and unscented may be a beter option that face creams or foundations.

Do keep us posted for anything.

i have acne too and i do pick my face...but seriously the only thing you can do is stoppp picking. i mean i do still...its a habit but i mean if u dont want scabs...dont pick ur face..its common sense...for the scars itself...just leave them alone and also its good to wear sunscreen if you have acne.
