Lips and mouth burning swollen Lymph nodes. Infection,Fungus, or Herpes?

OK so I noticed a few weeks ago and had a cluster of sores om on my stomach. Almost like pimples but no puss. I kinda scratched them away they scabbed up and disappeared.
Then a few days later. I noticed a cluster of the same type of sores on the skin of my penis near where it connects to the head. (Like by where I might hold it) They looked like the same type of bumbs butafter the tops had be scratched away so they look like sores. Again No puss They were not raised but sores like a scrap. Eventually this to healed.
A few days later I woke in the morning and my lips felt all swollen and I appeared to be getting a small cluster of the same bumps on my bottom lip. Look li,e a cold sore but behaved like the other bumbs. Same thing sored up scrabed  no puss went away.
A few days later is where I'm at now. Every morning I wake up my lips are like swollen. They burn. They feel dry even tho they aren't. No bumps no lesions but now a few spots inside my mouth a sore.. It feels like a film or paste were builds up on lips in the morning. I may have rubbed them to hard to remove it now my lips are even more sore and dont seem to be healing. Difficulty eating sometimes. Swollen lymph nodes in my neck. I noticed some muscle soreness a couple weeks ago that went away. And my lips seem to be dry  little scaley.Just inside my mouth around my lips feel really  wierd as well. The worse part is my lips and mouth burn and there are not visible lesions bumps or sores. WHAT THE HE'LL IS WRONG WITH ME? IS it HERPES, A FUNGUS, MOUTH CANCER? IS IT SOME TYPE OF SYSTEMATIC UNDERLYING CONDITION? HELP PLEASE
