Little bumps

This morning I woke up fine to take a shower. I had a halfway erected penis. Lets note here that I have no girlfriend nor have I ever had a girlfriend. Pitifully I never kissed a girl. But I have been to a few small parties where I have gotten drunk but not enough to make me pass out and never remember what I did.

I have a bunch of tiny little skin color bumps on my penis. On the sides though.

I never did anything to a girl neither. Only talk to them. I have gotten hugs and stuff like that but nothing near anything sexual. I am getting really worried. What is this? Also I was diagnosed with OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) which would usually mean I am one of the cleanest people. I take 2-3 showers a day and have purell on me all the time. Could this be an STI/STD

Hi

I would not recommend soaps here. Soaps may be abrasive and they may only cause further irritation in the area .You may wash with a mild cleanser such as Cetaphil to keep the area moisturized. Also vitamin E cream may keep the area moisturized. Another differential here are Fordyce spots. These spots may be whitish spots to skin colored spots. Their cause is unknown. There is really no definite therapy for Fordyce spots. They are benign and do not lead to complications.

Think of goosebumps. just like that. Skin color and tiny like pinhead. I put soap on it today. And it burned for a second or 2. But that was soap on a dry area, I didn't even get in the shower and put soap on it.

Yes I wash my whole body including that area. I use bars of soap since I don't trust anything else lol. So you think these bumps could be just dry skin? Maybe nothing but a little hand lotion for dry skin would help?

Hi

In the absence of a significant sexual activity, sexually transmitted diseases may be ruled out here. This sounds like a case of dermatitis probably irritant dermatitis or contact dermatitis. You have mentioned that you usually take a shower. Do your usually wash the area? In frequently washing the area and using creams and lotions or even soap, this may irritate the skin .These soaps may be abrasive and may cause the skin to dry. This may lead to xerotic or irritant dermatitis.

Refrain from washing the area or exposing this to water for prolonged periods. Also, apply vitamin E cream over the skin to keep it from drying.
