Paranoia or Problems?

A few concerns, please help:

1.) Well, I saw Derm #2, the good derm, who said i did not have a wart, and showed him a couple of things on my penis. One thing was once a pimple and came down, and there is  a black dot there, it appears below the skin. Then not to far there is something similar, well it started that way. I initially thought
it was an ingrown hair, then it seemed to raise a little, or at least i thought it did. The derm thought they were Seborrehic Keratosis, they were both black. One totally below,
and another looked like it was slightly becoming raised. Well one becoming slightly raised, i squeezed with with the nails of to fingers, and it looked like something pressed and sticking out vertically. I also saw a NEW derm who then thought it looked like a scab of some sort? Anyways, after I saw a Urologist who thought they were both black heads, the second one being scratched a little by me. He showed me a procedure on how to remove them. The one that i pressed between my nails, has
fallen off a day or so after having sex. Is this really Seborrehic Keratosis or a black head that came up
and eventually came out.

2.)The second thing is I have a few brown/black spots on my penis. Derm#2 said they were moles, the NEW derm said he thought  two of them were  S. Keratosis. Then I saw him a second time and he made a comment saying that I have some moles and that he would like to see me once a month to make sure they
dont become raised, or he would like to biopsy one to make sure he can distinguish between a mole and a Melonoma on my penis. So i dont know if he took back what he intially said about  S. Keratosis, and thinks  now that they are moles or cancer. Now im really scared. None of it is raised not even a little.
Completely flat. I saw my Urologist for  this too, and he looked at my penis, and when i asked him some questions,
at the end i asked about S. Keratosis or Cancer, he said no i dont have S. Keratosis, and smiled about the cancer, and said i dont have that.

3.)I tried replying to your response to my Question on 3/23, im not sure if you saw it. Well I showed Derm#2
and he did a light burn, after a week it was back. He saw some white in it the second time, and said it was sebum
has come up or something,  i didnt  quite  understand, but he said it was an enlarged hair follicle or something. But
its weird b/c when the penis was not erect  you could see a small dot or something sticking out if you paid close attention
and when you stretched it, it looked more prominent. It looked  like something i saw on the internet called
porokeratosis, but 1 thing for sure is it never grew or multiplied, and i had it for a while. He re-burned it and it
has not come back.

4.)I also have 2 small bumps only prominant when stretched and both have a stran of hair growing through them.

5.) I have some pigmentation on the penis since birth, anything I can do to get rid of it?

Please help, Sorry this is long.
Thanks!

I apologize, but I just can't get in between evaluations by three different doctors.  Do you think you could bring yourself to not squeezing the penis for a couple of weeks so the doctor can tell what's going on?  That would be a big help.  Cancer of the penis is extremely rare.  I really doubt that the doctor has any serious concern about that.  Please stick with one doctor and let him evaluate any changes and test if necessary.  Beyond that I have really nothing useful to say.  These matters need to be seen and dealt with in person.  Thanks so much for your consideration.

Best.

By the way im a 24/male,  had unprotected sex 1 time  3 years ago, none of my partners have had abnormal paps or warts.

Also, i posted  the 3.)  b/c i think you assumed it could only be seen when stretched, whereas a small dot or the like could be  seen when not stretched, and when stretched it could be seen more prominently. Neither the derm nor the Uro were concerned about it. Had it for a long while without it growing or multiplying.

Thanks again.

Dr.

I'm sorry, I dont mean to be rude, you do a lot for us in answering questions, I just thought that you would have a more thorough response. At least to the number sections, I thought you might give a response or comment. Maybe thats all you could say. I appreciate it.

Thanks again
