hi, name is Hoang. I'm 29. About 3 days ago, I develop a itchy rash on my scrotom. Course being an idiot that I am I scratched it without realizeing it would only make it worse. Anyway, i have stop scratching it, and apply daily reliefe itching cream. But the rash and itch has only spread to my foreskin. my scrotom no longer itch. The skin did become dry and flakey and came off after a shower when I swiped it with a towel. but it is fine now. It only causes swelling of the foreskin. I have no pain in urinating. There is no lension or pus. There is no discharge or blood in my underwear. I have looked up all the common known type of infections and std such as Craps, scabies, psoriasis, phimosis, balamoposthitis, posion ivy, poison oak, balanitis and yeast infection candida, and herpies. However none of the symptoms fit the bills. What is also strangerly odd, is that this condition greatly increase my penis sensitivity. I still masterbate, and it feel incredible, when my foreskin get retracted protracted. HOwever, I'm suppecting, that doing so, regardless of how incredible pleasureable it feel, it would only make this condition worse. Since my foreskin is getting redder and more swollen. Well, the good news out of this, is I'm getting a much bigger penis without spending a dime in expensive penis enlargement surgery. God is finally anwering my prayer. he heheh. This is God answer to the poor man version of penis enlargement. ha haha ha. but seriously, any expert who can give me some clue or leads as to where I might find the answer to what I have exactly?
I have the same thing.
After shower apply Vaseline or a good moisturizer. Your GP will just guess and waste your money. Much the same as dermatologists. You either have a form of eczema or fungus. Check for allergies to laundry detergents, soap, dryer pads or bleach.
If you recently changed something it's possible your having a reaction to it.
Thanks for the reply. I've scoured the internet looking for syptoms which match my own, it's so frustrating, to be honest i've been putting off going to see a doctor for quite a while. At least now if i get other common infections i'll know what they look like and what the symptoms are :P. First i thought it was a fungal infection, so i treated it with head and shoulders which contains an anti fungal agent (Zinc Pyritione). However there was little to no visible reaction to this treatment after ~4 days so i stopped. Then i thought it was eczema so i treated with a single time application of a steroid cream, but since this was someone elses perscription then i ceased using it (this steroid cream was in the 'mild' band of eczema creams, just higher than Hydrocortisone), this did however seem to work against the flakey skin etc on the penis.
Now because boils (which typically have an area around them which is red and sensitive) have appeared on my inner thigh and in close proximity to my groin i'm starting to think it's a Stapph infection or something else bacterial, so i've been trying to get my hands on some broad spec anitbiotics. Although i guess i'm gonna have to bite the bullet and just go see my doctor, one thing amoungst many that's putting me off though after reading some of the cases which are similar to mine i hope my GP can actually diagnose me, rather than shipping me off to be paraded in front of several dermatologists.
Hello,
Without examination, confirming a diagnosis is tough but this dry skin can be due to sweat dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis(a delayed hypersensitivity reaction (the reaction to the allergen occurs 48–72 hours after exposure) , eczema(a form of chronic dermatitis) ,fungal infections or psoriasis.
Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin.Apply plenty of hypoallergenic moisturizer on the dry skin at regular intervals. Also wear cotton undergarments.
If still the symptoms persist then pls consult a dermatologist as steroids may be needed. However treatment of fungal infections and psoriasis is different and needs confirmation first.
I hope that helps. Please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.
