Don:

To be honest, I don't know of any topical treamtments for ocular rosacea.  Oral antibiotics like tetracycline help, but it's uncommon in my experience for eye manifestations to be severe enough to warrant oral medication.  If your ophthalmologist recommends eye drops for symptomatic relief, you can try those.
