Mongolian Brown Spot

I have a mongolian blue spot that has a pinhole in the center of it and a few hairs grow out of the pinhole. The spot my wife says is shaped like Africa. Its about an inch and a half wide and maybe two inches in length. The hole is very small and more towards the top but appears centered. Its not blue but rather darker brown than I am. No leakage of any kind or pain. Also, no raising of the skin, its flat at the very top of my butt crack.

Mostly a 'plinoidal sinus' and hairs are common contents.
