Multiple Tiny Vaginal Bumps

Okay, so about 2 months ago i noticed a lump on the left outer labia. that kinda turned into a cluster of two bumps. then very slowly way tinier bumps have been appearing all over my privates. they are flesh coloured and i can pop them, if i really try... but they usually just bleed. i don't smell any different, and there is no vaginal discharge.
- oh i forgot to mention, i saw my gyno about the first bigger bump. and she said it was an ingrown hair...i don't think thats the case anymore.

so i just shaved and there must be like 50 randomly placed bumps. its really hard to concentrate with this on my mind. and i am going to make a doctors appointment soon, but in the mean time i was just looking for answers.
oh. and i have had to sexual partners. neither of them have any symptoms.

So my gyno said, well, i forgot the name. but its bacteria that is living in my hair follicles and its causing the bumps. though i am not itchy, and that is usually the biggest hint. my doc gave me a cream for anti fungal ointment. but basically its a hygien thing. like don't ever shave with the same razor twice... sleep with no panties.....avoid hottubs ect... so for the next while i am going camando. i probably just won't shave for a while too... see what that does.

SO. anyone who thinks they have and STD like i did, because of unusal bumps.....it may just be this big long word i can't remember. and its minor!

take care of your rig-up ladies and gents.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

How are you? Hair follicles and sebaceous glands are a normal part of the skin's anatomy and may be visible as small nodules or might only be felt as small lumps in the skin. With your history of shaving, folliculitis usually present with this bumps and sometimes with hair arising from them. In some cases,  Milia, benign, keratin-filled cysts that can appear just under the epidermis may also be found around the nose and eyes, and sometimes on the genitalia.

I hope this helps. Take care and do keep us posted on your next appointment.
