sore rash on my anus.

Hi, i have a sore rash which covers all of my anus, it is bright red with yellow coloured bits (like little spots) it has spread very quickly and is sore to sit down. i was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to get rid of it. Also i have eczema on my feet which is currently badly infected too which means i cannot walk, it is all cracked and some cracks are 2mm wide. the infection on my feet is very small spots which are VERY itchy. please someone give me some advice on how to clear my infections. and how to clear my eczema which i have had for a number of years although i am only 15 years old.

i have been given some antibiotics called flucloxacillin and a tablet to stop it itching. i wasnt thinking when you said oral lol of course it means its a tablet! im dense some days sorry.

oral means you take it by mouth, it would be tablets. . i would say " do you think oral prednisone would be helpful for me to get this under control?"

Ok, Thankyou, So i just say to the doctor what bout me using an oral steroid? And is the oral steriod a cream or tablets do you know chelly beans? And thankyou so much for your help!

you may want to ask for an oral steroid for a short course to speed recovery, and you can try wearing cotton socks with heavy cream on your feet at night. that seems to ease the splitting a bit.

Ok thankyou very much i was going to see the doctor anyway but i just wondered if anyone had any ideas about herbal remedies etc because doctors only give you cream. i have been to the doctors about my feet before and they have just given me Hydrocortisone cream which doesnt work at all. but thankyou for your time in answering my post.

you need to be seen by a doctor for prescriptions honey. i'm sorry, but there is nothing we can do on the internet to clear an infection with open wounds.

be very careful not to scratch the rashes, cool compresses may help the discomfort, but you need a doctor.
