My acne is completely gone, but my face is covered in red spots?

So i've been taking anti-biotics and using differin gel and my acne has completely cleared up. It's been a year now since it cleared and there are absolutely no pimples on my face, but where the pimples once were, there is what looks like acne, but it isn't. It looks like a rash all over my face, but the spots aren't raised, it's as if there is still acne underneath my skin. What is this?? How can I fix it? If it helps i'm 15, so quite young and I've had moderate acne from ages 9-14. This year (when I turned 15) my acne cleared up on my face but what looks like (but isn't) a rash is left all over my face. I'm almost 16 so i've had this for a long time after my acne cleared. I have very fair skin that is extremely dry and extremely oily, and it is very sensitive to the weather and to certain chemicals.

These red spots can be scars after the acne or due to white heads. It is a yellowish or blackish bump or plug on the skin and is a type of acne vulgaris. It is caused by excess oils that have accumulated in the sebaceous gland's duct.

Cleanse the area thoroughly and apply a good mild exfoliating scrub on that. Apply a medicated cream or gel containing resorcinol, salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. This helps is soaking the oil and helps in peeling away the blackheads. If benzoyl peroxide leaves your skin dry, apply an oil-free moisturizer after 10 mins of applying benzoyl peroxide.

If the symptoms still persist then please consult a dermatologist and get cysts ruled out.
