Flaky white eczema near ankle and white patches on tounge

           I have a white flaky eczema on my leg near ankle since last 2 years. It is very itchy sometime.applied candiderma ontiments but of no use.

           I have also white patches on lateral side of my tounge since last 5 years. No change in apearance.
I had medicines for herpes in 2013 surprisingly these patches vanished but came back after some days.

             Are these 2 conditions are related? If not what are these?

          please let me know how to post pics.
