PPP,Lichen Nitidus, Molluscum Contagiosum, Something else/worse?

Im 24 now, but i noticed this about 12-18 months ago. But i have some kind of papules/warts[?] on my genitals. They range in size from less than 1mm-2mm and are clustered around the base of the shaft of the penis, where my penis meets my scrotum For the most part, i have no other sypmtoms to make me believe its something serious, but my girlfriend seems to think they are increasing in numbers/size. I dont really see a difference, but it does worry me. Only other thing i can think of as well is an almost contant itching in my inner thighs and genital area [But this has been going on since i was about 13 and going through puberty] - So any ideas on how to stop the itching as well? Its real bad when i first get out of the shower and immidiately put clothes on and continues throught the entire day untill i can come home and undress down to my boxers. Jock Itch maybe? [And if so, for 11 years?] My girlfriend thinks is might be PPP, but from what ive read PPP is based around the head of the penis, and not in this size. Through research i come to think it may be Lichen Nitidus or Molluscum Contagiosum as this is what is looks most simmilar to, and the symptoms seem to fit with Lichen Nitidus. Just that its on the base of my penis and scrotum. if possible?

If it matters i have had skin problems majority of my life. [Exzema, Scabies twice, Dry Skin-Easily Irritated] Also I do take hot-very hot showers.

I did have unprotected sex with a girl 2 weeks before my girlfriend and got together, and we have been together for over 2 years and have has no other partners since. And none of these things have affected her in any way, so it seems not to be contagious.

So i guess my real questions are:

1. What is it?
2. How do i get rid of it? [its kinda embarrassing, even when its just me and her talking about it]
3. What is this itch?
3. And how to i get it to stop iching? [Its a killer at work for 8 hours on your feet with a constant itch you can do NOTHING about.]

Thank You for your time.

I have the same thing man. I think it's lichen nitidus but I don't really see any improvement, even though I've been popping them every week an rubbing w alcohol and triple antibiotic cream.

Im going to see a doctor soon Ill let you know.

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to contact dermatitis, sweat rash , lichen nitidus or irritated hair follicles. It can also be due to flare up of eczema. They don’t sound like molluscum to me. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

For mild-moderate symptoms a weak steroid may be used but it is to be used only after consulting a dermatologist. So I sincerely suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get an examination and maybe a biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
