NO NO NO

Every doctor I have seen respond to these small white circle prblems gets it all wrong.  I can't even find a photo of what I have and these other people have.  These small BRIGHT white completely circular spots are extremely pronounced when you tan.  They do not tan at all.  They grow in numbers each year.  They do not resemble tinea versicolor at all.  They appear to lessen when you stop tanning but only because your real skin color returns to normal.  They have no odd surface, they are neither indented nor raised.  They do not seem to be any sort of rash or virus.  I see this on people 40 and over.  Mine have increased each year for the last 4 years.  I hate them.  There must be a name for this.  The pigment is completely gone.  While I also have a little bit of Tinea on my chest it is entirelt different in appearance.  Please help.  Remember these are very small in size and very white.
