Non itchy dry patch on scalp

For the past 6 months or so, I've had a little raised, crusty, patch on the top of my head. It's always stayed the same size.  It's NOT itchy.  My husband looked at it and said it looks just a little pink around it.  Any ideas as what to do about it, or what it might be?

Hello,
This patch on scalp can be due to Bullous impetigo,Pemphigus vegetans or Tinea capitis. The symptoms of Ringworm or Tinea Capitis include a dry itchy scalp, scaling, crusting, inflamed nodules, hair loss and tender enlarged lymph nodes on the neck.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
