Dermatology

For the last year I've had issues with my hands. It started between my fingers and now it covers the palms. I went to a dermatologist and they said it was eczema. They game me a cream and it didn't help. Idk what to do. It gets red bumps and it itches like crazy. My skin is also dry and peeling. I'm constantly having to wear lotion now and my pinky is getting swollen and if I bend it I get horrible pain and it causes my skin to crack and bleed. I'm out of options at this point. I've tried everything. I need to figure out what it is. I can't even hold my husbands hand without being in pain. And I work in a field where I need to use my hands a lot.

Also look into handsoaps that have coconut oil and of course nothing called antibacterial.  Never let dish detergent touch your skin.  Use nonlatex gloves to wash dishes.

First thought is are you wearing latex gloves?  I have psoriasis since getting my gallbladder out, which demonstrates the connection between digestion and skin.  I would try to improve my diet and take things like magnesium , vitamin B6, and look into nutritional connections.
