Nude glands on penis

Hi doctor,
I'm am a 15 year-old male.  I seem to have have rather small spots on my foreskin and gland, they all seem to be in one group and they look like a skin tone kind of colour, the foreskin around my penis is very pink, and the bottom of my gland is a purple. I have researched and it seems they are named 'Nude Gands.' but have not been able to find any results with the rest of my problems.  I am rather worried that in the future they may be off-putting to women, and might be contagious, therefore I ask:

1) are they some sort of disease?
2) will they be off putting?
3) would circumsition be the best idea?
