Two days ago , I got a one painless big pimple on my upper lip line with whitehead after 5 months exactly from an expousure .
I eat a lot of spicy and citrus food .
I was taking antibiotic for 5 days because of swollen nodes .
I tested negative for hiv after 4.5 months from the exposure .
What dose cause this kind of pimple ?
