PALM AND SOLE ITCHING PROBLEM

Do you have treatment for my problem i dont exactly know the name of desease as per Drs. diagnosis they say its Psoriasis/Eczema but i would loke to tell you the symptoms is Fully effected body part is Palm and sole my palm suddendly become so hot got ruptured and bleeding started painfull and skin became hard same with sole to with lots of itching at both the place. suffering sice last 3 years. no one could treat this I REALLY NEED HELP FOR THIS..........

From the symptoms it can be dyshidrotic eczema. The exact cause is not known and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons. But some triggers like allergic reaction to soaps, detergents, foods, latex, nickel etc may trigger the symptoms. Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized. Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition.

Topical steroids can be applied but they are available under prescription. Moreover to prevent infection, topical antibiotics may be needed. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
