Red cheeks on a teenager

I am a 14 year old girl, I live in a place where its really hot all year. My cheeks get really red even looks a bit purple sometimes. I dont have pale skin its more like tanned. I am really worried it might be early signs of rosacea when my doctor says its sun damaged but I dont know how to minimize it at  school and this is really destroying my self esteem. I basically blush for everything but I dont see veins or have any acne. Can someone help me please, I dont know what to do anymore. P.S when I m in cool temperatures I am not red, only in extreme hot or cold. Could these be hormones? I also use a cream by ISISPHARMA called Ruboril but  I does not help a lot.

Get a strong sun block.  Your doctor should be able to prescribe one for you that is safe to use on the face.

Also protect your face with a moisture cream or a sunblock when you go out into the cold and wrap your face with a scarf in the cold weather.
