PLEASE PLEASE HELP! or read

First off, i appreciate any response i get, any doctor or from anyone

My problem is with my penis head, it is red around the base of the head (NOT THE SHAFT) the helmet part of the head and also the pee hole. it does not itch, there is no discharge but it has a raw feeling to it. i went to a urologist and he told me it was a yeast infection. he gave me nystatin and it went away for a while but then came back. everytime i have sex (with a condom) it gets red again and it gets red after i take a shower. the doctor said the only way to get rid of it is to get circumcised.. is this true?! is the hollistic approach the only way to fully get rid of yeast infection? also i went to a dermatologist and he perscribed me VUSION, which he said should make the yeast infection go away. please help...

1.) should i get circumsized
2.) will the hollistic approach be better
3.) any thoughts on VUSION?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
If the rash is non itchy, it is less likely to be due to yeast infection or fungal infection. From your symptoms I would like to rule out the possibility of eczema and psoriasis. Psoriasis is a long-term (chronic) skin problem that causes skin cells to grow too quickly, resulting in thick, white, silvery, or red patches of skin.It is thought that psoriasis occurs when the immune system overreacts, causing inflammation and flaking of skin.

I suggest you to get a biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis. Circumcision is taken as a last resort when all measures fail. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
