PLEASE tell me what's on the back of my head (and what can be done about it)

I was born with a bald, red spot on the back of my head. In my 20s, it started to get bumpy. Now, at 34, there has been a growth for the past couple of years that often opens up and bleeds. I cannot afford to pay for visits to doctors to find out what it is and what to do about. Perhaps someone can tell me exactly what it is, and what needs to be done about it, and then maybe I can go from there. Thank you very much.
