i have recently noticed white dots around the rim of my penis and they are gradually multiplying and growing bigger
please help. I heard these are called Pearly Penile Papules. Any treatments? or preventions?

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be folliculitis,pearly penile papules or Fordyce spost.

Pearly penile papules are small dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans (glands) penis.

Ablation using carbon dioxide laser, electrodesiccation with curettage, and excisional surgery reportedly have successfully eliminated lesions.In my opinion you should talk to a cosmetologist/dermatologist about this.
