Painful Spots

I have upside down stretch mark looking things on my right hip.  The burn sometimes itch and even hurts down to the muscle at times.  My doctor thought it was a fungus and told me to use Lamisle.  It didn't help.  They first showed up after I had my first baby 6 years ago.  After about two years they went away.  In my nineth month with my second child  (9 months old now) they showed back up.  Doctor told me to do the same thing.  They are worse and he doesn't seem concerned and has not tried anything else.  There also seems to be small dark spots popping up around them.  Any ideas?  This is driving me crazy.
