What is this dark dry patch with tiny white bumps between my boobs?
I have a strip of brown, itchy dry patch between my breasts. I have larger breasts, so possibly caused by rubbing / sweat? Not sure. But the patch has developed tiny white bumps and is getting slowly bigger.. any idea about what it could be?

Is it where your bra would contact your skin? It's possible that the area has excessive moisturizer and the clothing rubbing up against it causes more of an irritation. Keep the area very clean and you can use a powder to try to keep it dry- if it continues and/or gets worse- go ahead and make an appointment with a doctor.
