Peeling White Marks on Upper and Lower Lips

Hi,

The picture below shows what I have going on. There's a white spot (that looks larger than it is because the lighting cast a line near it) on  my lower lip and a few more that are different sizes, all where my teeth would kind of sit. These spots match the ones on my upper lip which are not shown. They do not hurt at all. If I touch them or scrape off that white bit, it will scrape off but will then reappear the next day. Like I said, I do not have any pain, and I don't believe it's herpes because they're not sores and they're not red. Any ideas? Thanks.

I should also mention that I was in the middle of my Cipro antibiotic when this started. I'm done with the antibiotic now.

Oral thrush caused by antibiotic is what I gather.ok?

I thought oral thrush hurt....? This doesn't hurt a bit. But maybe.

oh no, most oral thrush(lip) is asymptomatic unless you pull the threads.

Do I need to do anything about it, or will it just go away?

It should clear but faster with candid oral paint which your doctor would prescribe after confirming the diagnosis.
