Penis glands sore/red,white flaky

Hello,

I recently posted a question regarding my on going saga about the skin of my penis glands being very sore, dry, red and tender .

I asked what lotions I could use to help.I am waiting for an appointment to see another dermatologist, all tests have so far come back negative.

So,what can I use,I have read that baby oil is very good, the clear solution. The pink baby lotion didn't help at all.

Sorry for asking again, but can anyone offer a solution please.

I only wash my penis with Aqueous Cream each day.If I don't use it for a few days, the skin becomes very very dry, white almost flaky and sore.

Many thanks Fred

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

In the absence of a significant sexual history, this dry sore patch may be a mild irritation with a dermatitic component. If scaling and itchiness are present, then this may be a fungal infection. Refrain from applying varying creams and lotions over the area, as this may only irritate the skin further. Apply vitamin E cream over the affected areas to help prevent dryness. Wash with a mild cleanser such as Cetaphil. A microscopic evaluation of scales or skin scrapings from the area may help determine if a fungal infection is present.

Dude, I'd just wait to see what the doc's say. It may be hard to wait all that time, but rather than make the problem worse, right?
