Hi,
It would be ebst to leave the lesion and let it heal on its own.
You need to wash the areas several times with fresh water. Apply calamine lotion at the site of the lesions and see if it helps. You could take some oral antihistamine medications like cetrizine or loratadine. You need to maintain a good personal hygiene . Wear lose comfortable clothes. Wash all your linen and towels etc with a disinfectant solution.
Anti-itch drugs, often antihistamine, may reduce the itch during a flare up of eczema, and the reduced scratching in turn reduces damage and irritation to the skin.
It would be advisable to consult a skin specialist for your symptoms and a proper clinical examination if your symptoms persist.

Alright i did something bad now..
I didnt touch my penis head but i did play around w a cyst/gland on my penis
I squeezed out some colourless liquid and i kinda did it for a good 15- 20 minutes just trying to get all the liquid out
it didnt stop so i put a band aid over it over night
the next day there was no liquid on the band aid so i just stopoed using it ..
The cyst or whatever it is ,looks like its bleeding but its really not. it is really red now due to my squeezing .. its been red now for 2 days.
now i know im dumb and i shouldnt have done this and now i know never to squeeze this again
but does this sound like a wart? and is it safe to add some Polysporne to this cut?

Hi,
It would be advisable to consult a skin specialist for your symptoms and a proper clinical examination if your symptoms persist.
Fordyce's spots, or Fordyce granules are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis . They are common in men and women of all ages.
The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.
Although no treatment is required, those with the condition can choose to apply Tretinoin gel or cream to the affected areas each day. This can reverse the effects of the condition over time and prevent it from getting any worse. To get the best results from Tretinoin one should use it along with alpha hydroxy acid agents which are normally used to treat acne.

fordyce spots could be located on the penis head?
Hi,
This could be - pearly penile papules or fordyce spots. You would need to consult your doctor for a confirmed diagnosis.
'Pearly penile papules are multiple, small (about 1-3mm) papules running around the circumference of the crown of the glans penis. They typically develop in men aged 20 to 40, and around 10 per cent of all men are affected. They may be mistaken for warts, are not infectious and require no treatment.'
'Fordyce spots are small (1-5mm) bright red or purple papules that can appear on the glans, shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men. They may occur as a solitary lesion, but frequently appear in crops of 50 to 100. They are painless and not itchy, but may cause embarrassment because of their appearance, or a fear that they might be sexually transmitted. '
