Penis reaction?

Hey guys. I've recently noticed a sort of rash on the head and shaftof my penis.  It is not signifigant but i wanna make sure its nothing harmful.  There is no itching just like red bumps and like circles that seemed to have like dead skin around them idk. but im scared its herpes r genital warts even though ive never had intercurse..? pls get back to me with suggestions or advice. Ive put calamine lotion on the my whole penos for the time being. I'm scared it might be a reaction to this hair remover ive been using called nair hair removal/waxing.  I'm rly scared...

Hi i have noticed some dry skin around the area alot more which is also on my fingers and it might have come from a pond..is it possible i got fungus from the pond?

I know you are deeply worried about this. This may be a fungal infection or a dermatitis. However, I would lean towards a fungal infection more. I suggest that you avoid applying anything on the area. Any lotions and creams may only cause further irritation. Wash the area with warm water. Wash using a mild cleanser like Cetaphil. The scales may be microscopically evaluated to ascertain if a fungal infection is present. Management may start from the results of these tests.
