Penis skin problem

first of all please excuse my english,

About a month now after i came back from Thailand and after i had many different partners i noticed something right under my penis head, i didn't give it too much attention but i noticed that after some time it began to grow, i dont know what this thing is herpes or what, anyway now its not growing anymore but i am really curious and worried of what it is!, i can not explain very good so i uploaded some pics for you to have a better idea hopefully!! its a delicate matter as you understand this is the reason i havent visited my doctor yet.

the black spot next to that thing is just a mole , i visited my doctor about this long time ago.

The symptoms are suggestive of genital warts. Warts are tumors or growths of the skin caused by infection with Human Papillomavirus (HPV).They are contagious when in contact with the skin of an infected person. It is also possible to get warts from using towels or other objects used by an infected person.

Exactly what it is can be confirmed only after examination and biopsy. Please get a biopsy done from a dermatologist. Hope it helps. Take care and do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Warm regards.

Sometimes genital warts can look different. I am pretty well studied on STD's. Seen many pics. Warts down there can appear like what they call coliflower. And this looks like one that is half that and half reg one. It is most likely a genital wart. Which may turn white and can even shed off the white stuff. Shedding of skin when they dry up or coliflower is how they spread.
The ridge of your head had tiny bumps all over. Looks like warts to me.
Being so nervous about it, I am sure you will find the time to go to google click on images and search images for genital warts. Many pics should come up. The coliflower one is not very common on men. You will probably see in on a womans pic first.
