MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms that it is itchy red and spreading, chances of fungal infections are there. Avoid repeated washing as damp skin is an ideal site for fungi to multiply. Also wear cotton underwears and change them twice a day and do not share other people’s towels. Application of local antifungal cream (clotrimazole, ketoconazole, miconazole) and oral antifungal drugs are the mainstay of treatment.

Please get it examined from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
