WORRIED

3 months ago i had intercourse without a condom for the first time (and that was the last time), and a week after i started to notice some red painless bumps on the right and left underside of my penis.  I have not had sex since.  There is one large bump and a bunch of smaller ones around it on the right side.   I had blood and urine tests done when they thought i had an autoimmune disease and all the STD tests came back negative.  I popped a couple of the bumps and a clear fluid came out like acne.(i know...dont do that)  I have been putting noxzema on the bumps and they are not going away, if anything i have noticed a few more.  I have had no weakness, no loss of appetite, no painful urination no discharge,  no pain. (only the occasional itch but that happened before)  I went to the doctor last week and he thought the bumps would go away.

Hello,
Pimples like bumps on the penis can be a normal physiological change in teenagers or due to blocked hair follicle, oil glands, lympohocoel, sebaceous cyst, sexually transmitted diseases etc. Maintain good genital hygiene by cleaning with soap and water, don’t try to squeeze the pimple. Applying ice would reduce redness, pain or swelling. See a dermatologist if problem persists for more than 1-2 weeks.

Hello,
Most individuals have no or only minimal signs or symptoms from HSV-1 or HSV-2 infection. When signs do occur, they typically appear as one or more blisters on or around the genitals or rectum. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers (sores) that may take two to four weeks to heal the first time they occur. Typically, another outbreak can appear weeks or months after the first, but it almost always is less severe and shorter than the first outbreak.
The only way of ruling it out is by getting yourself tested for genital herpes. Laboratory tests include: culture of the virus, direct fluorescent antibody (DFA) studies to detect virus, skin biopsy, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to test for presence of viral DNA. I sincerely advise you to consult a dermatologist and get it ruled out.
