Pimple like bumps in pubic area

I have on a few occasions in the past six months had as many as a dozen small pimple like bumps scattered thoughout my pubic area. They are about 1/16th of an inch in diameter, have appeared on the lower shaft of the penis in the pubic area, on the scrotum, and above the penis in the pubic hair region. They do not have hairs growing out of them. They do not itch and are not painful. They appear very similar to a small whitehead, but when squeezed hard as though to aspirate them - like a pimple - a small semi-solid white ball of tissue comes out. After the ball of tissue comes out, the pimple-like area bleeds vigorously for a while and there is a "dent" where the white ball had been. A few days later it heals and is gone. I have no penile discharges or any other symptom of a possible STD. However, there seems to be a correlation between extended sex and their appearance. Sabaceous Cysts? Other possible culprits? Please advise.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Based on what you described, there are several possible diagnoses including sebaceous (epidermoid) cysts, pillar cysts, and folliculitis.

Since lesions have been recurring multiple times in last six months, make sure your physician evaluates them, and explain how different factors, including friction, can affect clinical outcome.

In the meantime, avoid squeezing lesions because that can trigger painful inflammatory reaction.
