Pimple like bumps in the pubic area

I have been observing large pimple like bumps on my pubic area:

I tried popping one of them but I couldnt no matter how hard I try
they start small, get larger become red and infected than go away by themselves.
it takes like 2-3 weeks for that cycle to happen.
I always have 3 to 5 of them at a time, each one at a different stage of that cycle.
They Don't itch
They hurt only very little and only on touch
they are all located in my pubic hair area all the way up to the belly button ( I have one right next to my belly button, that has been there for months and is not getting bigger or getting infected or anything)
I am 26 yrs old male, sexually active (multiple sexual partners) and I am worried it is some kind of an STD.
could you please give me an idea based on the above described symptoms

Hello,
From the symptoms it sounds like folliculitis. Folliculitis starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing or blockage of the follicle. In most cases of folliculitis, the damaged follicles are then infected with the bacteria Staphylococcus (staph).

Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

I mean there are other questions anwered that were asked after me!!!! is my condition not imprtant enough. /I mean u guys answered to a freaking question saying " I feel Like I am weargin glasses all the time" I mean how freakin stupid is THAT. come ON!!!! u feel like wearing glasses!!!! thats not even a symptom that just plain being retarded. please can someone answer my question.
