Pimples/cysts on penis

i have these little white pimples or cysts on the head of the penis towards the bottom. they look like zits that you can pop but i haven't tried yet. they are on the head towards the bottom on the rim of the head. i was wondering what they were and if there is a cream or gel that can be used to get rid of these white little pimples or cysts?

Also on the bottom of my foot i have what they call a planker wart i believe. i have gone to the doctor 3 times now to have it burned off with liquid nitrogen, also to have it cut then burn. it always grows back and hurts. it looks like a callus in the middle and it turns hard. Is there a powder or gel to use to get rid of it?

Thanks.

The bumps are cysts.  They are normal and should be ignored.  For a good picture, see:  http://www.studenthealth.co.uk/leaflets/NormalVariantsInAnogenitalSkin.htm

As for plantar warts, they are an immense annoyance.  If you can ignore yours, you should.  If the wart hurts, you can treat it with wart pads you can buy in the store.  You can also continue getting repeated liquid nitrogen treatments.  Eeventually, the wart will give up, whether you treat it or not.  Surgery is not a good idea, and often the wart comes back anyway.

Best.
